Happy Thanksgiving

Hope everyone has a good time today wherever you may be! We’re headed off to Jen’s folks’ place in East Barnard, VT, about a 45 minute drive from here to eat and hang with her extended family. Have scalloped potatoes, can travel. While I truly am into the reflective and gratitude giving nature of the day, you do also have to admire the fact that it’s the one day of the year when not only is over-eating an expectation, it is considered a near birthright. Moderation, smoderation. How about moderate excess? For those of you that are on the road today, please travel safely and have wonderful a Thanksgiving!
