Cas-Cad-Nac Farm: 2012 Futurity Huacaya Large Breeder of the Year!

We are thrilled to announce that Celebrity Sales today named us the Huacaya Large Breeder of the Year for the 2012 Futurity! While we have truly never gone out to the Futurity chasing that particular trophy, this year the stars aligned just right for what was the deepest show string in our breeding program’s history. Futurity Breeder of the Year is arguably the top honor in the North American alpaca industry so for it to happen in 2012, the same year when we are celebrating our 15th anniversary as an enterprise, is just a nice added touch. Many thanks to our good friends (and 2012 Medium Breeder of the Year winners, that’s three years in a row guys!) Ryen & Ursula Munro of Tripping Gnome Farm whom we hauled out to Nebraska with for making the craziness at that show even possible. We literally couldn’t have done it without you. Cheers…
