How can you tell when your females are open and ready for breeding?
When there are 6 of them cushed right up against another breeding! This shot was taken yesterday @5PM at the CCNF Arena. Unfortunately for Precocious (the lucky Herdsire in this particular instance) only one of the others is slated for him in the coming days. I’m sure it’s an ego boost just the same though…
…and then the women do all the work!
Jen Lutz and CCNF Herd Manager Kim McAllister do an early ultra sound to find out if the boys are actually worth as much as we all claim! In this particular case it turned out the male in question was nothing but fluffed-up, over-hyped hot air.
